About Me

Hi, I’m Will Boyle! A Power Platform & Microsoft 365 consultant who helps organizations simplify how they work.

I specialize in building custom business applications, workflow automations, and analytics solutions that reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and support better decision-making. My focus is always on creating practical, user-friendly tools that fit naturally into existing processes — not over-engineering for the sake of it.

Since 2021, I’ve worked in the tech industry across roles involving automation, data analysis, and cloud-based solutions. However, since January 2023, I’ve been focused primarily on Microsoft’s Power Platform, where I’ve designed and deployed solutions used across entire departments — including internal apps, approval workflows, and automation pipelines that significantly reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.

I’ve worked extensively with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft 365, and I enjoy bridging the gap between technical capabilities and real business needs. Whether I’m replacing spreadsheet-based processes, automating approvals, or building dashboards, my goal is always the same: turn complex problems into simple, reliable solutions.

Outside of consulting, I’m a competitive distance runner and a member of the Canadian National Team, having represented Canada at the 2025 World University Games (see photo above). That background has shaped how I approach my work; with discipline, consistency, and a focus on long-term improvement.
