Excel Business Expense Inputter

To streamline the way a client tracked business expenses, I developed a mobile-friendly Canvas App using Power Apps, backed by Power Automate and an Excel spreadsheet hosted on OneDrive.

This app allows the client to quickly log expenses on the go, eliminating the need to manually enter them later on a laptop. It integrates directly with the spreadsheet designed by his accountant, preserving the format and making bookkeeping seamless.

I handled all aspects of development, from initial consultation to deployment. The solution replaced a tedious manual workflow with a simple, accessible mobile form, dramatically improving the client’s day-to-day efficiency.
